What is battery voltage while cranking?
Do you have +12v at each coil's red wire with key ON?
Check for spark at plugs.
Check for vacuum at petcock and that petrol actually flows to carbs.
How long was carbs sitting around while you repaired head ?
Do you have multimeter? Oscilloscope?
