I second the Icon Urban bag, I used it all the time. At this time of the year it gets pretty chilly in the morning and the temperature is warm in the afternoon. On my way home, it has enought room to put in my insulated liner from my jacket, and pants, my laptop 14" screen, my reflective vest, insulated gloves, and a couple of 10oz water bottle.
