Mine was just a generic 7" H4 headlight on eBay. There are all sorts of different ones you can buy.
I would just make sure that it comes with the right harness plug. Mine didn't come with any kind of plug, so I had to splice the wires to the bike's headlight wires. Not a huge deal, but also not ideal.
