Caveat: I'm not a real engineer (though I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night).
It looks to me like there's a weak point in the design, at the front end of the "bedstead" frame. You've got the head tube braced to a pair of longitudinal tubes along the centerline, and a set of semi-triangulated trusses along the side rails.
But to my eye, the sum total looks like it's be pretty flexy in an area where there will be significant bending loads. Seems like there should be additional triangulation going on to add rigidity to the whole.
If the frame flexes significantly around the Y axis (X being longitudinal, Z being vertical) it'll affect geometry.
Interested to see the ride report, and how well it deals with bumps.
