I'd been off a bike for a year and really missed riding.

While scanning the classifieds an '09 Ninja 250 popped up and it looked like an affordable challenge. So a trip to Tennessee saw Matilda land in the truck bed. I didn't look her over as closely as I might have as it was pouring rain when I picked her up. The guy threw in a bunch of extras like the stands, so it was hard to turn down.

He told me that it was pulled apart for a carb-clean and never reassembled. I found more than that, but nothing that wasn't fixable. At least she's mostly there!
