I got some newer switch gear for basically free off a 2000s? zx6r?? Some kind of newer kawi and I’ll be damned, the plugs were exactly the same. I did have to switch some pins around and the throttle cable routing isn’t idle. That’s because the newer bike had the killswitch and throttle tube as separate housings and my cables were much shorter and not really meant to fit in that tube. That’s one thing that will need to be fixed sooner rather than later but all the buttons work as they should and the throttle works. Plus now I have a hazard button and it requires no extra wiring.
