Some drivers just look through me, with all the lights blasting and all the gear bright and reflective so much it's visible from the moon. So I just drive assuming I am invisible, but when I see a potential confusion, I slowly wave left to right so my headlight is a moving source of light and more likely to register in driver's brain.
