I would guess it's a shop not a dealer? idk.
The shop I use had a mint gzxr600 with some awesome parts on it, all done by them with a professional paintjob of your choice. 10,000 miles, $4k. If I had the money when I saw it, I woulda bought it. It was a salvage that they used their frame machine to fix, new body work, new exhaust system, new forks, PCIII, all the goodies. They said the owner was debating buying it as a personal track bike. My dad took one look at it, saw my face, and immediately said, "no I'm not loaning you money".
