the spark plugs came about 2 weeks ago and I just set them on the bike in the shop.... I'm tired of working on that stupid Ninja ! so today I finally got around to putting in both new iridium spark plugs (NGK's) and put the caps back on
.... about 2 days ago I decided to make a temporary gas tank for testing
so I don't have that big gas tank in my way. I haven't filled it with gas yet but will soon....
I was courious to see if the Ninja would start so I started it.....
and it did run.... it wouldn't take throttle because it was cold but it did run
....
so in the next few days I will try to see if I can get that beast working again.
....I have been messing with the XR650L for the last month giving myself a brake from the Ninja.... but I want to get the Ninja running and out of the shop
now so I can do things in there !
....
I'll put coolant in it and gas in the temp gas tank and see if the darn thing will run right when it's warm !
I have all the vacuum lines to the tank plugged and I am fairly certain the carbs are plugged in properly.... not positive but I think so !
....
if it still has a flat spot at 5k RPM I do not know what to do !
