Your tailstock should have a fore-aft adjustment to allow you to correct that problem. On my Atlas it's two set screws, one front and one back. You loosen one and then tighten the other to make the adjustment. When they're tightened against each other it's locked into position. I'm sure a Logan has a similar way to align the tailstock.
