I removed and reinstalled my carb last weekend, and was able to fully appreciate how difficult it is to remove, and even more so to reinstall.

I just had an idea that might help somewhat for the reinstall. Spraying soapy water on the engine side and airbox side rubber boots.... just like we lube tires. Maybe others have done this all along, but I haven't noticed it.
