Gearing is easy peasy...

Your will have to count teeth on your front sprocket and the rear sprocket should have the # of teeth stamped into it.

I would expect it to be somewhere between 42 and 47. Stock is 14/45 for your year. If you have stock and getting that low of mpg, then you are either heavy handed or something is wrong.
