I was driving behind two bikes the other day. Both tuned left in front of me and they had their turn signals mounted inside their rear stop/running lamp. 1/2 of their tail light lite-up (left side) indicating they were turning left. I thought about using the two empty light sockets in the tail light housing of my 07' Ninja and turning them into turn signals. I thought "Naw, that would just confuse a driver behind me." So I added two stop light bulbs back there. I have to admit that it was very clear that the two bikes were turning left in front of me. Now I would turn those empty sockets into turn signals. It would clean-up the tail section of your bike and be very easy to do. You'll find sockets at your local auto pats store that fit nicely. I JB Welded my sockets in place.

Give it some thought.
