It lives
Got it running today on a remote tank. Used an old edger tank off my old yard tool that we robbed the motor for a go-cart. The fuel tank is rotted through and useless. luckily the fuel line and carbs under the tank were stored dry. I cannot believe that it started on the first try with a little help from starter fluid.
so, any tips on finding a fuel tank for a 95?
here is the bottom of the tank and a pic of the bike once we cleaned the dust off. it is in great shape. 2300 miles
oh I got another bike too. 2013 FZ1 it is a beast, still look forward to getting the ninja running, my son wants to learn to ride.
