I'm in the habit of starting on full choke while I finish putting on gloves, helmet, glasses, etc. by then, it's been a couple of minutes and I can take the choke down and ride. Haven't had any issues through the end of winter in Memphis. Hope you can figure out what you warm up process works best for you soon.
