I thought you said you had a a 250 & the 600 parts ? Just get a rod & push it up the inside of the stem on the 250 they are hollow ! Mark & measure where it stops this will be the stem length. Compare to the 600, if they are close it will be fine.

You can find the bearings inner & outer diameter + thickness online.
I put a KR1-S frontend on my ZZR, so one bearing is ZZR the other is KR1-S !
Once you have the bearing sizes, you can buy seperate one from a bearing provider !
