Hey Gale. I'm definitely downshifting prior to passing when I need to to get in my power band. I don't know how you do it. My hubby is speedy on his 600. I used the delayed apex/more straight line tracking through corners to shed of a little bit of time, but there's no way I can keep up w/ him b/c he can easily pass lines of traffic and I can't as easily or quickly, and I need more room to do so than he does. Anyway, the good thing is that he and I 'ride our own ride', so I never feel like I have to keep up with him. He waits for me at stopping points, however, I do think it would be fun to have a chance.
