The worst idea is that fuel tube fluttering in the wind, IMHO.
The float valve of that carburetor must be on steroids to keep up with the pressure from the height.

The second bad design concept is the excessive lever working against those head bearings.
Imagine if that front brake would be strong and the rider would use it for an emergency stop !!!

The third flaw is the excessive twisting movement of the front tire respect to the steering hanger.
Imagine a tank slapper not reaching the handle bars.

The vision interference is nothing so bad that a periscope could not solve.
