Suggestions for Staying Warm

So about 15 hrs ago I got called into work to fix a problem with a firewall. Thought it would take a couple hours max, it was a nice sunny, but cool day. The bike is much easier to get around in town, so I rode in the 30 miles.

It's now almost 1 AM, and about 36 degrees out. By the way things are going it will be a few degrees cooler by the time I finally get to leave.

I have a leather jacket with quilted liner, winter gloves, balaclava for the upper body, and Kevlar jeans with knee armor for my legs.

Anything I can do to stay warm on the ride home?

Crumpled newspaper in jeans or jacket worth a try?

Slow down and take the side roads instead of interstate or take the interstate and be home quicker?
