Swing by a grocery store or other place with a first aid aisle, and grab some Hot Hands or ThermaCare patches. Works great for feet, legs, stomach, arms, hands, where ever you need to stick them.
As far as ride fast to get home quick or slow to lessen the cold feeling, I opt for slower
