Good hot tea/coffee before you head out, cooked breakfast when you get back in.
Upper body sounds like it's covered, I'd be inclined to put something between the tank & your legs, sitting with your legs around a cold tank of fuel with no insulation is no fun
If you're stopped hands over the front where the radiator wafts warm air or on the engine/exhaust for a couple of seconds (as long as you're in leather gloves, the exhaust can get hot enough to melt textiles)
