Isn't it because you're much more intimate with your bike than with your car?
You have to trust that motorcycle a lot more since you're more vulnerable; you're not surrounded by metal.
I haven't bonded yet, maybe because it's not MY bike (it's the bf's).
I did bond with the bike I rode during the MSF course though lol . Loved it. Wish I could've kept it
