With the exception of the aftermarket exhaust I don't see why they couldn't come out with a bike that is like the one shown. The exciting part is that it appears to have a real frame, swing arm, and suspension.

Not in the same category. The Honda is speculated to be 250cc, though I wouldn't be surprised to see something in the 300-400cc range if it's actually released,.. and hopefully no more than 350lbs and at least 50hp.
