An overpant is also a decent idea, so you'd just take them off at work. Those are built to go over your regular clothes. I don't have any experience with those, though. Good excuse to go shopping, try everything on, see what you like.

I actually drove all the way down to motorcycle super store a few month back and all the over pants for women were west too tight, and the men's were WAAAAAAAY too long, like 6 inches too long, no able to be hemmed.... I probably won't go that route until I lose a significant amount of weight or grow 6 inches lol
