I would try a small telescopic magnet. Some have a cover that slides over the sides of the magnet so it only will attract on the very end, which is handy if there are any steel parts you need to go past.

Get a bright flashlight and see if you can see where it is.

A "gripper" with 4 wire "fingers" that come out of a cable housing (when you push the button on the end) is another option, but you would need to be able to see the bolt to use it.
