Well, I figured out the problem.
Vacuum leak from the hose.
I plugged it, put it on PRI and rode around a bit, ran perfectly as long as the hose is plugged.
The petcock nipple came out before, somehow forgot to mention that!
All ears for suggestions on how to fix this?
