Wet-weather (rain) riding is pretty much exclusive of sticky dry spirited riding tyres. Some more quantitative data may help narrow down compromised choices. Is it 50/50 rain vs. dry riding? Or 25/75% or 75%/25%?
Maybe start with Metzler Lasertec tyres which is probably best 50/50 tyre. Then change as you get more concrete data.
