I think that the Kawasaki Shop Manual has a specific product that they recommend. I no longer have my manual--or the Ninja, for that matter. I have just rebuilt a Yanmar Diesel, which has exceptionally high compression-and they recommend a Copper spray--wait till tacky, and then install.
