Uhh, he added reply/quote notifications that don't work if you don't quote the post you are replying to even if it is the one right above you, so it's obsolete and that's why this thread wasn't bumped. You wouldn't have gotten this notice if I didn't.
Edit: I see that it automatically hides quotes without content. I wonder if you still get the notification though.
