It'd be cool to be able to do this without drilling, as I haven't the tools for drilling....
Yes, 8mm bolts. I doubt any off the shelf clamps can be used with the stock bolt holes due the angle they are at. You could have custom risers made, but that won't be cheap at all.

Drilling to fit generic risers is pretty easy. Ask around and borrow a drill??
