I don't see why you'd have any problem as far as your electrical system. Any claim of 72 watts is talking about "equivalent brightness" to an incandescent bulb, and probably stretching it at that. I've used LED headlamps like that and they're OK, but not great. One problem is they don't keep light out of of the eyes of oncoming drivers, even on "low beam".
