I do. But not the crankcase! How is that possible.

Petcocks good, I have the floats set at 20- 21mm.BUT... no fuel filter.so I get it. Googling the prob. Seems there's a lot of it happening but dumb a's are you sure it's gas, not condensate, bad petcock,. I see it's a common problem and explains a lot of other ones I've been having.
Why isn't the crankcase full? Is there another explanation besides floats? It's hard to start, dies at stop signs etc.
