Hey guys, new to the forum. I just picked up a 2004 about a month and half ago for $790. It was running but the fairings were iffy and it had a bad rattle can paint job on it. I had to rebuild the carbs but I finally got it back on the road and phase one of the project is complete.

So far I've eliminated the rear fender, removed all the fairings.
Custom gas tank by a artist buddy of mine.
KN pod filters
Exhaust Baffles removed
Needles shimmed

Phase 2 is going to be swapping the whole front section for a round headlight and new gauge with bar end mirrors
