I would say it was your fault for not being prepared for an idiot attack. Of course it's the old buzzards fault for being on the road and thinking that everyone is supposed to look out for him, but it's your fault for not looking out for him. If he didn't give you a warning let me give it to you and everyone else right now,
ride defensively and always expect someone to try and kill you.
