Hmm, something loose in rear-end?

Check chain-wear and slack.
Make sure rear-tyre isn't mounted backwards.
Hang rear of bike in air by frame so swingarm is free of any load.
Grab rear-wheel and wiggle it around in all directions.
Grab swingarm and yank sideways, up & down.
