Seems like everyone here already gave you good advice.
No more soda. Drink more water. I just force myself to drink a class in the morning and evening and I drink it with every meal almost. I drink almost exclusively water at this point*
I used to drink 2 litres of mountain dew a day. Those were the good days lol.
* well when I am not drinking , beer, whiskey, rum, vodka, wine, and all the other spirits that make life more enjoyable.
