That is odd. It seems, to me, from your videos, that you are not getting any fuel except from the idle circuit - like the slides are not lifting when you open the throttle.
What does it do if you try to rev it with the "choke" on?
Are the plugs wet?
What happens if you try to rev it without an air filter?
Can you see if the slides are lifting when you open the throttle, before it dies?
I'm not very familiar with the hose routing, but it could be that it's not correct.
The collars/needle jets are in-place and are visible at the bottom of the venturi when looking through the carb with the slides lifted - correct?
I would check to make sure the needles are in their proper L/R position.
