After cleaning the carbs, now the plugs are dry, but were wet previously. Floats have been set to 17mm above the carb body. Needles are installed correctly, under the spring retainers. Checked diaphrams for any rips. Vent hose on R carb is clear, the small one is going to the vent barb, and the larger one to the bib on the upper left side of the right carb. Both those hoses go back the the enrichener. The third nipple on enrichener is connected to hose the goes to nipple above R carb venturi by intake.
