Those parts do look nice...
One thing to consider when you have really corroded brass carb parts is interior corrosion - the kind you can't see or get to.
If the parts are heavily corroded on the outside I will replace them instead of trying to clean them. Any amount of pitting or corrosion left inside the tiny passages of a fuel-metering part can disrupt flow and cause running problems that are hard to diagnose and isolate.
