I made minimal wiring-harness for my race bike with all extras like lighting removed. I even downsized wire-gauge and even used aluminium wires. Total weight savings was less than 2-lbs. Might be better off just going to lithium battery for more weight-savings in less time.
Junction-box? Is that same as fuse box? I may have extra I can send you.
