I got bad news. I can't make this. I hit a cow in my cage. Yes, I said a cow. Now I have to handle this crap instead of having fun.
No steaks out of the deal either. Insurance is going to take care of the repairs ($500 deductible).
So I am heading to the store to get some milk and out of the tall grass comes a juvenile cow. I tried to stop and swerve but it was to late, front end took a hit. Bumper, grill, marker/head light and radiator will need replaced.
I am super bummed because I am just getting back into riding dirt after 15 years and wanted to be taught good techniques, rather than the trial and error that got me through my mid-teen years.
Somebody go to this and pick up my slack and take notes for me. Have a blast and I expect a full report w/ pics.
