I've had my 300 for almost a year now but I've been riding for about 3 years. First bike was a Honda Ascot that I converted into more of a brat /cafe style...I sold her last summer and went out and bought a brand new Ninja 300. BIG MISTAKE. I crashed it exactly 24 HOURS after I bought it. Unfortunately I didn't get the GAP insurance so I had to pay $1200 for a bike I didn't even have. Insurance comp. said it was totalled. So I went out and bought the bike I have now at an auction and I got her for a steal. She's got a little bit of road rash but I think it give her character.
If anyone living around the Peninsula (I work in Redwood City) or San Jose wants to go for a ride I'm always down.
