I see several on eBay from overseas sellers. One from Germany and a couple in the UK. Maybe check them out and see which one(s) have the best shipping options.
Also, there are repair kits available, but of course you'd have to get the details to find one that has the right parts for you. I replaced the inner cable of my Moto Guzzi tachometer cable by cutting the inner cable from my old Dodge van to the right length, and then forming the squares in the ends.
