That's what I mean.
The 2018 Ninja 400 will definitely be lighter than the 448 lb bike (2016 Ninja 400) that you're talking about.
With 400cc 43hp engine, it will be more than enough to carry a 2018 Ninja 400.
I doubt Kawasaki will develop a brand new engine from scratch just for that 2018 Ninja 400 especially if it doesn't need extra hp, in a entry level category where they're targeting price conscious buyers.
