There is a washer that is supposed to be in there... also make sure that your sprocket is on correctly, its not symmetric so make sure thats correct as well.

ALSO both Nemesis and I had our front sprocket nuts unwind themselves and come off on the track (after torquing to 65 lb-ft!) so be sure to have some kind of physical lock, safety wire or silicone to ensure the nut doesn't come loose.
