Ya, that one really annoys me too. A similar one I see at least once a day on my way to work: I'm on a 2 lane road, no stop sign, and a guy is creeping a left turn in front of me. He's 3/4 in my lane but doesn't go or backup, just blocks the lane. What are these people thinking?
