That's a fancy way of saying "we have no idea because there was a strike at the yamaha factory and the port issues in LA are backing up shipments like crazy and screwing everything up."
It doesn't feel much different from a 300 IMO. The RC390 tank feels very narrow and like it doesn't hold your legs in at all. That one is the way different one.
