If it's any reassurance, the pipe doesn't look that bad.
I know a guy that rides a 250 at my school too. His looks a lot worse than yours, dents and scratches from a low-side half a year ago. His bike runs fine and he rides it everyday. So I guess that tiny dent cause trouble?
