It took me days to do mine. I'm not sure why, but I found it took me annoyingly long to do everything. Taking off the fairings for the first time took me a while, and so did hooking everything back up. I ran into a few speed bumps when certain things didn't fit, or bolts were too long or short so I had to go to the hardware store a few times to get everything I needed. I used simple L brackets with some bolts, washers and locking nuts. For the plate lights I spliced 2 LED bolts together and soldered them onto the original wiring with the stock harness.
