update: Should be done on Monday
We did the mediation thing last week. I will be buying her out of her half on the house, pay some of her lawyer fee and she gets half of a pityful retirement account. All I need is the judge to sign the paperwork and I'm done. We agreed on 50/50 custody with me paying child support. My lawyer said it was fair and that I actually got out fairly cheap.
